The Hotel offers a 300-square-metre Milton Keynes Ballroom that can be divided into three parts, as well as four conference section-rooms and a VIP meeting-room. All the rooms possess natural lighting and are equipped with the most cutting-edge conference technology.
Communication is aided in the entire premises of the Hotel by IPTV system and an unlimited broad-band internet access.
Milton Keynes Ballroom

Sophia Antipolis Room
Sophia Antipolis is a technology park northwest of Antibes and southwest of Nice, France. Created in 1970-84, it houses primarily companies in the fields of computing, electronics, pharmacology and biotechnology. Several institutions of higher learning are also located here. Sophia Antipolis is the first technopolis of Europe, where, apart from providing businesses with the most up-to-date technological environment, it is important to maintain large green areas as well, for the well-being of people. Technopolis Room
Technopolis is a cluster, uniting science parks and development centres around Finland and Northern-Europe, as a network of seven different, individual technopolis cities. Its aim is to promote starter businesses in the region, with the concept based on a strategy of three elements: modern business environment, modern business services and promotion. Thanks to all these, businesses become much more cost-effective, thus competitive and successful. In terms of the number of clients, Technopolis is one of the largest technology centre operators in Europe. It also specializes in providing operating environments for high tech companies and offers a comprehensive service package combining modern premises and business and development services. Some 15,500 people employed by 1,150 companies and other entities are currently working in the Technopolis technology centres.
Kanagawa Room
The Kanagawa Science Park was established in 1989 as the first science park in Japan. With the initiative of the Kanagawa Prefectural Government and Kawasaki City Government, the science park project was promoted with the cooperation of the national government and private sector companies. The park features support services offered by the Kanagawa Academy of Science and Technology. It promotes R&D and provides sophisticated test measurement services and facilitates the distribution /utilization of patented technologies. As many laboratories and R&D-oriented companies have seen this as the ideal R&D environment and have located themselves in it, the park has become a nucleus of science and technology.
Kista Room
The construction of the industrial section of Kista began in the 1970s with companies such as SRA (Svenska Radio Aktiebolaget, now a part of Ericsson), RIFA (later Ericsson Microelectronics and now Infineon Technologies) and IBM Svenska AB (the Swedish branch of IBM).. Kista Science City is northern Europe’s – and one of the world’s – leading business districts for Information and Communication Technology. More than 500 businesses and 20,000 employees are gathered here, everything from multinational companies to start-up technology firms. Together these form one of the world’s most foremost business regions for ITC.
Talentis Room
The concept of the first Central European Silicon Valley, the so-called "3+1-pillar idea" was developed, that is, the establishment of the pillars of education - research/development - technology/production and at the same time regional and environmental development, as a result of which a true "knowledge-cluster" may be created in the Zsámbék Basin. Utilising the excellent abilities of the region and the closeness of Budapest, the realisation of a number of business projects is also possible within the framework of the Talentis Programme.
